What we collect, and why

When you join early access we store your email address, the fact and time you consented, which page you signed up from, any interests you select, and — if present — standard campaign parameters in the link you arrived by.

We use it for one purpose: to send you Elite Pass research updates, product milestones and early-access announcements. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your address, and we do not send betting selections.

What we deliberately don't collect

We don't ask for your name, address, phone number, date of birth, betting history or stake sizes. We don't store your IP address — for abuse control we keep only a one-way hash of it, from which the original address cannot be recovered.

Consent

The consent box is never pre-ticked, and consent is never bundled into other terms. We use double opt-in: after you submit, we email you a link, and you are added to the list only when you click it. Until then your record sits unconfirmed and receives nothing further.

We record the moment consent was given and the version of this policy in force at the time, so the record can be checked later.

Unsubscribing

Every email carries a working unsubscribe link. One click, no login, no questions. We keep a suppression record afterwards — that record is what stops you being accidentally added again. If you unsubscribe and later sign up again, we treat it as a fresh consent and ask you to confirm again; we never silently reactivate an old one.

Who processes your data

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also stores the subscriber database. Email is delivered by a third-party email provider. Elite Pass is operated from the United Kingdom.

How long we keep it

Active subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribed addresses: retained as a suppression record so we don't re-contact you. Unconfirmed signups are removed if they are never confirmed.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to its use — at any time, by email. We'll act on it without argument. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie for security and abuse prevention.

Payments

Elite Pass currently takes no payments. When it does, card details will be handled entirely by a regulated payment provider on its own hosted pages — Elite Pass will never see or store card numbers. This page will be updated before that happens.
